This is a series of six postcards that were created over a one week period at the Harold Art Residency in Southeastern Ohio. I wanted to capture the experience of being at an art residency in the middle of the woods. These cards were left out in the rain, rubbed in dirt, and then mailed to people I have recently been in close contact with. I am interested in the marks and bends they have acquired in the mail and the dialogue created between sender and reciever.
